Supporting patients living with advanced breast cancer

GPs and primary care clinicians play an important role in managing quality of life for patients living with advanced breast cancer.

There are number of side effects associated with advanced breast cancer and managing these is crucial to patient's quality of life.

Palliative care can happen at any stage in advanced breast cancer care, and can be used to help manage the symptoms of cancer and reduce treatment side effects.
